looking for a house like that in Westford only and have not found one. Their
only choice is Westford since they lives in Westford now.

如果70万买不到3000平尺，那么把贷款的额度提高几万就可，多贷几万利息一个月也没
增多少负担。
如果买2500平尺-2800平尺，一家5-6口人也住得很宽敞了。

有的房子面积不是很大，但是 floor plan 和 flow 不错。
硬性规定会让人错失好房子

最近在Andover 抢过一次房.没成. 80多万的房被高于卖价抢走.
