The price has been reduced to 949k. It is very close to Route 2, but an
agent on redfin commented "Charming home set on a quiet street next to Rte 2
. There is almost no traffic noise, though."
The house's condition looks very good. So why no buyers? |

and Lead Paint: Yes. Does it mean the newly paint contained lead or the
original was lead based and hidden beneath the new layer? Either way, that
doesn't sound good. Especially one bedroom is in basement.
The lot has some slope, cannot tell how much by only seeing the pictures.
Too close to freeway.
All in all wouldn't spend a million on such a house...

slope不算啥事。
原因应该是最近高端房屋市场疲软了呗。

in Belmont in 2014 are just so so houses. Please see below for a few
