Edgewater Terrace, Edgewater Village, Chapel Hill.
My personal preference list will be: Chapel Hill > Edgewater Terrace >
Edgewater Village > Bayberry Hills > Jefferson Hills.
Chapel Hill is private owner owned condo, so there is no garantee there will
be units available for renting. All the others are apartment, which should
have units available all the time.

ask which place you chose? Did you have a chance to visit Kendall Crossing
