美国教育的“拼爹模式”
美国教育体系是什么样的？我把它叫作“拼爹模式”。各位千万不要对美国有太多
的幻想，美国的教育制度是全世界最不公平的教育制度。它不是看你的学习能力，而是
看你的爸爸妈妈有没有钱。也就是说，它是一个真真正正的资本主义市场经济国家，你
出生家庭的财富决定了你能够上什么样的学校。
2012年按照升学比例来看，全美32所最好的高中，其中31所都是私立的，只有一家
，排在第9位的亨特学院是免费的公立学校。顶级私立学校占美国高中的4%，是真正培
养美国精英的学校，学费一年3万~4万美金，学生的父母必须有钱否则交不起学费。学
校用这些钱聘请最好的老师，买最好的设备，建最好的环境，来培养美国最好的学生，
这些顶级私立学校的升学率比一般的公立高中多出20%。
除了这4%的顶级私立学校，还有一类是名牌公立高中，占高中总数的5%。这些名牌
公立高中怎么来的呢？基本上地方政府收的房产税50%以上都投到了教育里，高的能达
到70%。所以很简单，如果是富人居住的高档社区，那么房价就高，房产税自然也高，
因此学校的经费就特别充足。富人区能收的房产税肯定多过中产阶级社区，中产阶级社
区能收到的房产税又高于城市的贫民窟，教育的差别就产生了。因此这5%的名牌公立高
中往往是在富人区，也不是一般人可以读的。
因此，美国的教育制度就是以财富为基础的制度，我称为“拼爹模式”，父母的经
济状况决定了子女能上什么样的学校。美国社会的权力基础是金钱，比如说美国总统要
竞选，州长要竞选，议员要竞选，人人可以参选，很公平对不对？但你如果要当选就需
要大量的金钱。教育也是一样，美国人人都能享受免费教育，但如果你想获得最好的教
育，想上4%的顶级私立学校，那么你必须出生在大富大贵之家。我当然不建议我们学习
这样的美国。
