鉴于油价浮动太大， 早锁未必明智，况且过去2年锁油都是亏的， 加上公司自己定价
随意性太大，
今年谈的LYONS Fuel团购价无论浮动还是锁定都以上面链接中客观的每天可查的纽约
燃油期货收盘价为基准。
无论选哪个都可能有亏有赢， 结果自负。 高盛集团号称油价20-60间浮动， 现在38左
右。
加入浮动计划A的可以考虑自己找个相对低点， 去股市买$250(模拟1/4锁定)-$500(模
拟1/2锁定)-$1000(模拟全锁定）的石油期货ETF, 代号 USL 来对冲涨价风险， 送油后
分批卖出。或者没送油就暴涨时先卖了赚点是点， 自由发挥了。
持到送油时卖赔了拿到的油价也低， 打平。 持有时间久点当成对冲再下一年的燃油，
甚至对冲汽车油钱， 有持到不赔后再卖出的可能。

今年迄今最低锁定价为 1.07+ 0.40 = 1.47， 最高1.80
3）$159服务计划包tune-up， 上门维修的人工部分， 自付零件费。 考虑到其他家一
般tune-up就要$150左右，上门费$99， 维修人工费85-130/小时， 零件费相对固定不
高， 还算不错了。
都是自动送油。加入A计划的可以随时无费用退出（没有用Tune-up，上门维修的情况下
）， 或者选油价低的时候转入B计划。
加入B计划的要退出或者转入浮动的A计划时需要交 $100 TERMINATION FEE。毕竟Lyons
Fuel锁油也是有代价费用的。

2) PLAN B CAPPED: CME next winter (JAN 2017) future price + 0.40 on lock
price day, for Cap price group. $100 contract termination fee to offset
locking cost.
For example, today 3/29, CME JAN 2017 $1.33, if you call to sign a capped
contract today your cap price will be 1.33+0.40 = $1.73 per gallon CAPPED
at delivery.

For current year, you will be capped at 1.47 on low side, 1.80 high side
for next heating season depending on the day you want to lock.
3) $159 service plan required , including tune-up and labor on service calls
(excluding parts). Consider many charge $150 for tuneup only, not a bad deal.
All on automatic delivery. People choose either Plan A or Plan B. Once the
contract is signed, Plan A can switch to Plan B at any time no penalty.
Plan B must pay a $100 termination fee to compensate locking cost for
termination or moving to floating plan A.
