In theory, there is no limitation.
The only problem is that if you did no point no closing cost for the
refinance and if you pay off within 6 months ( some bank is 4 months ), then
your mortgage broker will need to pay back their commission, in addtion,
they also need to pay the closing cost and rebate ( if there was any ) as
well back to the bank.
