Yes it is no point no closing cost. Appraisal fee, underwriting fee,
recording fee, credit report, flood certificate, lender title insurance,
attorney are covered.
Not Covered are:
1. Prepaid interest;
2. owner title insurance;
3. Tax & Insurance escrow.
