There will be a large apt available in Malden Towers (Good Cost Performance)
from July 1, 2016 to Dec 30, 2016.
The location of Malden Tower is great for Students especially for NEU
student and MGH/Schepens scholars. 3 Mins walking to sub-station, stadium,
Walgreens, and Stopshop, and the Malden policy center and government
building are just at the foot of our building. So it is pretty convenient
for living and also safe. The only tennis field in Malden is also just
downstairs.
The apartment has 1 main bedroom, 1 deputy room and 1well-separate quasi-
bedroom. The apt is also central-air conditioned so you don’t have to pay
for the heat for the long winter in Boston.
The main bedroom has a separate bathroom, giant big and fully covered with
comfortable carpet. It is fully furnitured and decorated. It have one desk,
one swivel chair, sofa, tea table, shelves, bed frame and recently bought
king size mattress, lamps, closets, cloth hangers, a full set of cooking (
such as microwave machine, pan, bowls, kitchen knives).
The deputy bedroom is big and fully covered with comfortable carpet.
One quasi-bedroom was well-separated from a large living room (also
including a huge balcony) with four ceiling tall shelves. After a hard and
wonderful endeavor, it is now a quasi-bedroom independently.

The Price: $1700/M (including Heat and Cool, so you can save a lot of money
compared a house)
All belongs including the furniture, cooking setts in the apt is given to
you for free, please remove them when you leave.
