lease正式开始的时间是八月一号，但是我七月20号或之前就搬了，七月剩下的十天免
费，这个房子在顶层，很安静，面积也挺大的，阳光通风都很好，楼下的邻居也很友善
，开车到cambridge尤其方便，有不堵车的小路可以走，早上最堵的时候到central
square 附近也就是十五到20分钟。如果不是买了房，我会一直住下去。
独立单元One bedroom unit/套房（拥有自己的一套。不用和别人share）in
Somerville, separate entrance. 地点很方便：Close to shopping and public
transportation. Somerville就在 Cambridge 隔壁. 适合MIT 和Harvard学人 . 超市,
银行,邮局, 餐馆，等都在5-8 分钟步行距离内.
-3 min步行到 #95路车站, 仅两站到澄线地铁. only 2 stops away from Sullivan
station, Orange Line. 或直接走到澄线Assembly Square站（新增加的站）。去
Chinatown很方便. 到NEU/东北大学也很方便Ruggles.
-8 min 步行到 #101 & #89路车站on Broadway. 5 min 到澄线地铁Sullivan station.
在Sullivan转CT2 Bus 到 Kendall/MIT. 也到Longwood Medical.
-Super convenient to I-93, R-28 and R-38. 10 min drive to Cambridge.
-On and Off street parking are all available. 有停车位.
