报价确实便宜，但信用有大问题。（这个公司已经被Angis list block了）
我以前的review：
Quoted and scheduled removal of one large tree and also grind tree stump
with Elio. The inclusion of tree stump grinding was repeatedly mentioned
during the scheduling (they have to rent equipment for stump grinding). In
fact, Elios called us specifically to confirm stump grinding the day before
the service.
During the day of service (11/25/2014), Amazon tree service arrived and
proceeded to do removal.
1) They drove their large crane truck directly onto my front lawn without
asking first (I had the use of my neighbor's driveway specifically for that
purpose) and did not put down any protective boards at all. I now have
ditches on my previous flat front lawn.
2) After tree was removed, they asked the payment for tree removal first,
then said the they forgot to rent the stump grinder, and will return within
a week to finish the job.
After that, ALL calls to Elio and Wex went unanswered (weekly). Numerous
voice mail were left, none answered. This went on until mid Jan 2015 (1.5
month has passed), I am starting to get really worried since follow up jobs
are now at risk and stepped up the call frequency. After daily calling and
voice mail messages, amazon tree services finally answered one call.
During the call Amazon tree service essentially admitted they were ducking
my calls because coming out only for the stump grinding is not profitable
for them, and they refuse to honor our job agreement or take responsibility
for it.
In summary, when Amazon tree service found that a mistake that they made (
forgot to rent stump grinder) will reduce their profit, elected to 1) lie
when they said they will be back in a week 2) intentionally ducking customer
calls instead of explaining the situation 3) when caught in the lie refuse
to take any kind of responsibility.
Use them at your own risk. ( I have kept record of the original estimate,
check stub and phone records as proof.)
