Come join our team in Southborough, MA to provide customer support. We are
looking for a talented individual with a keen interest in consumer
electronics to enhance our excellent customer service operation.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately select, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and
cost-effective manner.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries on the telephone, face to
face, or via email
• Efficiently and politely assess and resolve customer complaints
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service
process
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Capable of sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of
time
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong team player with a personal commitment toward the business
and its customers
• Ability and willingness to learn about our products and consumer
electronics
