listing agent cash check, 就把check cancel 了。 其实这样是illegal 的。除非支
票丢了或者被盗。否则开出去的支票是不能Cancel 的。 属于Check Fraud.
如果有争议可以单独解决，但是不能Cancel check |

道你账户没有足够的钱还写支票。
当然cancel check明显是违反合同的，卖家肯定会告你拿回损失的。 |

发帖数: 209 | 7 最起码银行的fee, 和你取消的check, 所以这么做得不偿失。最开始的offer没必要，
好好和卖家协商，不行后面退出的机会还有很多。
