受俄乌战争影响取暖油价格剧烈变动，现在市价$5.50-6.0 左右， 冬天价格很难预测
。 Alliance公司为规避风险本来不打算提供封顶价计划， 今日决定重新提供， 但是
现在签约价是$5.579/Gallon, 其他如去年。
（今天$5.579， 月底再定价 ） capped with free tuneup cleaning if 12 month
usage is over 600 gallons. NO CAP FEE。
If 12 month usage is less than 600 gallons then the tuneup cleaning will be
charged a $99 service fee.
公司同意月底前如果有更好价格会通知大家签约。 现在不急。 老客户去年的$2.499 的
价格5/31过期， 请立即打电话要求5/31号前最后加满一次便宜油（两周内刚加满过一
次的最好就不要折腾人家了）。
老客户月底左右会有电邮邀请续约（价格应该不会高于 5.579封顶价， 个人希望能到
4.50 - 5.0 左右不一定拿得到）。 新客户月底来本贴看更新。
取暖油原来比用电取暖便宜一半左右， 现在基本成本一样了， 大家可以准备一些电暖
设备（无声自动恒温的较好）， 必要时中央系统温度打低一些， 有人的房间加开电暖。

团购价还是没有确定， 继续等待状态。
如果不愿等现在就可以以个人身份跟 ALLIANCE 签 $5.579 capped program.
取暖油从来没这么贵过， 公司不希望自己或者客户签在高位， 继续观察一阵吧， 有
进展会再更新。老客户不要急， 每个人公司都会给续约机会的（不用管那个说5/31号
前必须续约的电邮或信件）

有人恐惧没有合约万一冬天取暖油涨过10美元一加仑怎么办？
算经济账每家平均冬天800加仑， 算4个月每月 200加仑， 如果6美元一加仑 每月1200
美元

这也是不急于签合约的原因，这个价格不用油也不是不可以考虑。
没有合约随行就市， 油价低于5多烧油， 高于6多用电， 混合使用就是了。

7/7 Alliance 2022-23 取暖油 $4.549/Gallon CAPPED
* $4.549 cap with no fee （其他公司可能要 $2００- $４００ cap fee)
* Free tuneup cleaning if more than ６００ gallon - If use less
than 600 gallons during the 12-month period, there is a $99.00 fee for the
cleaning if wanted.(多于６００加仑tuneup cleaning不要钱。 少于６００加仑
可以不用这项服务－用的话tuneup cleaning收$99）
* Discounted service contract it they desire to sign up. (30% off，
service contract不是必须的，看个人需求。)
两个月的等待终于有成果了， Alliance同意按预期的低线$4.549/Gallon CAPPED签约
。比五月签约价低了一元 。
老客户很快会有电邮邀请续约， 不用自己联系Alliance 。

Alliance CAPPED PRICE 封顶价的官方解释：
Under our Cap Price Program, for the period from 07/11/2022 to: 07/31/2023 (
“Pricing Period”) we will deliver up
to XXX gallons of home heating oil (“Capped Price Gallons”) to you at a
price not to exceed $4.549 per gallon
(“Capped Price”), plus any applicable taxes and a non-refundable Cap Price
Program Fee of $0.00 (which fee will
be included in budget payments for budget customers, and included in
invoices for all other customers).
The underlying wholesale cost of your Capped Price is based on the previous
day's New Haven, CT - Average
Rack Price ("Rack Price"). Please note that this Rack Price, which changes
daily, will be the basis for determining
your Capped Price on the date of delivery. If the Rack Price on the day of
your delivery is below the Rack Price on the date of this Agreement, which
is 07/11/2022, then your price for the delivery will be the Capped Price set
forth
above less the difference between the price of the Rack Price at the date of
this Agreement and the Rack Price on the day of your delivery. For example,
if the Rack Price on the date of this Agreement was $3.50（7/11/2022康州批
发价 $3.50 for example purpose） and the Rack Price was $3.40 on the day of
your delivery(1/1/2023康州批发价$3.40决定第二天送达价 for example purpose),
then you would
be charged $0.10 less than the Capped Price in this Agreement, or $4.549-($3
.50-$3.40) = $4.449 for your 1/2/2023 delivery. If the Rack Price on the day
of your delivery is above the Rack Price on the date of this Agreement(1/1/
2023康州批发价$5.00决定第二天送达价 > 7/11/202 2康州批发价$3.50, for
example purpose) , then your price for the 1/2/2023 delivery will be the
Capped Price $4.549.
总之 不超过 CAPPED Price $4.549， 实付时有少于 $4.549 的可能性， 比固定价
FIXED PRICE 好。 Alliance总部在康州， 计价标准是 New Haven, CT - Average
Rack Price ("Rack Price")。
老客户今天起收到续约电邮邀请， 请注意签收。
