I would show my logic here. If somebody said something rude
in the first msg(such as TMD, s**t, f**k), you are already got
hurt by this msg, right? You can not expect what will happen
in the future, so you can not block the guy's ID into the blocklist
before he insults you.
According to the law, if you are hurt, you have the right to sue
the guy who insulted or hurted you. If you only add him into the block
list, does it mean that you are afrai | s***i

I totally understand what you mean.
But even in your case, compare to real world..
you could never sue a person just because he said something bad, right?
I know it's HARD and UNFAIR to compare bbs and real world..
but...
anyway, they are just my personnal opinion that the bbs should not
be entitled to the right to interfere with things like that.
I could forward your case to BTs and let them decide. |
