choice situation and Lauria's is the right technical play --
he's only paying respect to Tuszynski. In Lauria's point of
view, he may find 4H a perfectly normal contract. So playing
dropping is the normal, while finessing would be seeking
swing.
From the strategic point of view, if Lauria's team is not
significantly behind, then he may find no reason to create a
more likely swing by finessing.
