After ruffing the 1st trick, you can tell that your RHO doubled with
spade AK and trump Ace. Yes, he might have trump AJxx, but there's
no particular reason to commit yourself to that layout. The best way
is just following the percentage play, leading trump twice from table.
Generally, if you are worried too much over nothing, you lose more.
and I believe most of the time, if a bad distribution exists, you can
smell it.
