1st seat. 2nd seat I certainly will open 1H.
I think this is more a partnership problem than skill level problem. With
pick up pd, I would open 1H, as you suggest here. With familiar pd, I actually
quite like the idea to open sound 2 level bidding. It seldom gains when we are
red to sacrifice.
Regarding world class, hehe, I have seen world class player worse than this.
Dont take it too serious.

myself angry (towards pd). Through the years I have managed better and better.
I found, in many cases there aren't so much rights and wrongs in the action,
and when pd's action is completely idiotic, maybe he's acting on impulse,
maybe he has realized. But the bottom line is, getting angry does not help in
any way, especially on the table. If you are totally upset and think the
