That is far from double dummy lead :)

庄家必须吃住首攻,然后没桥。
W能留住H,E能守住D.明手红牌2输墩一个也跑不了.庄手上2个D将先被剃掉。
比如庄兑现3个S,最后5张牌,明手HAK87+D3;W手上HQJT9+S9;E手上5张D.
如果庄兑现4个S,最后4张牌,明手HAK8+D3;W手上HQJT9;E手上4张D.
不过还是想看看lz的妙解.

so is the opening lead! :)

west will be squeezed in three suits. If east ducks, west pitches H, then
you duck a H to make it. If west pitches S or C, you just cash the winners
in that suit and try to squeeze him again in the other two suits.

本题的精髓在于，要敢于破釜沉舟。把AKQ垫在AKQ下面，原有11个赢墩，损失3个赢墩
，换回2个赢墩（D10和CQ）的同时，形成对西家三门挤牌的局势，再获得2个赢墩。是
一道复杂的加减题：11－3＋2＋2＝12。
