3C can be either long suit (maybe 7+), or only 6 but without spade stopper,
right?

suggests a suit orientated hand.
Bid 3NT directly is good if with Qxx in S.

牌型，可以简单3D等叫。

It seems that the 1C opener did not treat 3S as you suggested. Otherwise he
should be 3NT comfortably with Txx. Although any game is poor for the hand,
3NT seems the best bet.

当然这个牌的确不太好停到3NT

伴做决定。
事实上两个人都在指望同伴是单张，但都无法交流清楚。
