buildingweb is very different from just homepage in concept, it may require
asp/perl, database, whatever, much more commercial and technical. while most
of us, as individual, just want to maintain a personal homepage, for interests
, for friends, to make it more appealing.
for us, homepage is more realistic. in fact, we can add more thing after
getting started.
