哪位大虾指点一下，这是否跟web server的类型有关，web server是不是要配置？

check the directive named "UserDir"
if it's set to "abcd" then you just need to
create subdir "abcd" in your home dir...

directory.
ask administrator, normally, httpd.conf enable user dir as
default.
then create a dir with the same name as indicated in
httpd.conf, e.g public_html
ask your administrator or problem manager for detail.
