What should I do if we want to put the web site to a Windows NT machine

that IP. That's done via a DNS server. Usually it is not done on the
hosting machine. Instead, it's done by where you get the domain name.

That's what DNS does. If you still not clear about that,
I suggest you read some book about it. You can find the information in entry
linux adm books.
