Somehow this router blocks port 80. I cannot have IIS listen to this port.
Nonstandard ports are fine.
My ISP, SBC DSL, does NOT block port 80. In other words, if I directly
connect my XP box to the DSL modem, my IIS can listen to port 80 without any
problem.
I did port forwarding setting in the router as instructed at
http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Linksys/WRT54G/HTTP.htm
