no. If you already use one OPT for Master or PhD level before, you don't
have OPT for MBA

发帖数: 62 | 6 That is the tricky part. It really depends on the lawyer of the internation
office of your school. I have a couple of friends who got another OPT last
year. Even for the same school, if the lawyer change, it will have different
policy.

发帖数: 254 | 7 From what I know, you can have one OPT for each level of education, i.e.,
one for BA/BS, one for MA/MS/MBA, and one for PhD. I asked the
International Program at my school and it should apply to all schools since
they told me it's from USCIS.
