Just to expand your idea a little bit.
Most engineers seem to have the misconception that business people, especially
the MBAs who aspire to be future business leaders, are good at nothing but
bullshit, or more nicely put, the communication skills, because, from an
engineer's perspective, if you don't create a new product, you don't actually
do any real work.
Now, before anyone of you start lumping me into those "useless" talking
heads, I have a disclaimer to make - I am an engineer myself. In | c*********g 发帖数: 4 | 2 nodnod!
to be a leader is definitely not a easy job!In fact, not only could those MBAs
be a boss or manager and convince others, but tech ppl also could do so in
business world.
sometimes if you can take a step back and look at the business world, you might
see sth.valuable from a different perspective;sometimes opportunities are
right there but many ppl are not ready to get them;sometimes some ppl just
couldn't see it;and often times luck does matter! |
