但interest on treasury bonds是taxable的
最起码federal这个level taxable，有些可以免state and city tax
municipal bonds倒是大多免税的, both on federal and state level

States which are not states of the unitied states. 所以，我想就是那些美属岛
（州）们发行的bonds 是不收税的。
