You don't really need any books. Try google and there are plenty of good
references or strategies that will benefit you. You will need to follow the
guidelines. After that, everything should flow nicely.
I followed the guideline two weeks before the test, and got 6 in the test.
I would get 2 if I did not follow the guidelines though.
