What u heard is that the key is to network your way in. I have no experience
since I am considering too (just started MBA program).

boss is looking for some guy in his 25-30 age, prefer has his own book. This
position is junior associate, working in equity side, probably assisting
with debt side. Good personality coz this guy needs to go social and make
phone call a lot.. However, I do not think we Chinese have advantage doing
investment banking now..they are not willing to do Chinese business at all..
I do not know the base salary, but my boss mentioned it is commission based.
. should be not bad..
