Bio of Panelists
李造平，PhD，2012 年康奈尔大学微生物博士毕业，后转修金融，于2015年获Boston
College MBA和金融硕士学位。现供职于全美最大的Regional Bank之一的Citizens
Bank的Treasury（资金部），负责银行资产负债表利率风险分析，资金转移支付体系的
建立和完善，以及市场利率和固定收益债券投资分析。CFA Level III candidate。
Kyle Chang，CFA/FRM，Kyle is Associate Director in the investment strategy
group within an multinational insurance company. His daily responsibility
includes asset allocation, quantitative derivatives overlay strategy
development, relative value analysis and portfolio management. Kyle is a CFA
charter holder and certified FRM，and Passed CPA tests. He Graduated from
Boston College with MSF.
