Has anyone happened to read some surveys about the cost distribution in
running a typical IT
department in a company? I'm particularly interested in the percentage of
human cost
electricity
software
hardware
in the total ownership cost. I'm writing a paper that needs some of these
information to justify the
motivation of doing the research. Thanks a bunch!
