I think it's something like proxy.org or proxys.org
they have a whole bunch of proxies...updated every day.
I used this when I was in China earlier this month

should set up in my laptop, because I found out some Proxies in the http://proxy.org/

just go to one of the *websites* listed on proxy.org
type in your desirable web address in there...and you are good to go
