c******a 发帖数: 600	3 其实按道理来说，应该是会议前发。然后会议文章里还可以声明说这个是有个全本的。比如说这个理论俺们在哪里哪里解释了。不过一般都是写的时候随便声明，以后再慢慢填那个TR ：）
