另外哪家的

there are not many R&D places to begin with.
In any case, doing a computer science phd in any place less than a top
school is a bad idea, because you will end up a coder anyway. It's better to
spend those years working in real coding jobs and get promoted into
management ...
Getting a phd degree in a mediocre cs program can only buy you a few junk
papers that nobody would care. Even if you think you are as brilliant as
Turin

你这还是admission，有必要自费去念个鸡肋PhD吗？

这几天不能翻墙，没能看到回复
不知道拿到Master后再找机会去名校读PHD这样可行不。
我目前是发现 Buffalo的research center有5个，分别是
Biomedical Computing 生物医学计算
Biometrics and Sensors 生物统计
Cognitive Sciences 认知科学
Document Analysis and Recognition 文档识别
Information Systems Assurance 信息系统保障（安全相关）
另外research group也有20个。
Syracuse仿佛没有专门CS的research center，就是有9个lab。他们的research center
是在工
程学院的页面下，有几个跟计算机相关的center。
Northeastern，有两个center，分别是
Complex Scientific Software 复杂科学软件
Information Assurance 信息保障
Northeastern的Group到是不少， 有11
