Every time I update my resume on these companies, I got dozens of calls from
recruiters. They help making interview appointments, negotiating salary….
They always help me find jobs very quick -- One time just in two days
without even a phone interview. Most recuiters work on contract or contact
to hire positions.
They only thing you need to do is to spending 10 hours on writing your
resume and cover letter. If your experiences are not in IT industry, you
need to write less these kind projects and put more on IT related projects
in it. And count this as your total years of IT experiences.
In one word, you got to focus on how to sale you self not BSO. Oracle DBA
is very appealing and you will find an ideal job.

发帖数: 10724 | 16 做contract job，你是staffing公司或consulting公司的雇员，有的有health
insuance
和401K，但是没有holiday/vacation/sick leave。工资也是从这个公司拿。你和你工
作的公司没有任何关系，只要完成布置的工作任务就行了。
因为没有benefit或比较差，工资比你同公司的full time emplyee高，+10%。
等积累一定资历后，再找permamant的工作。

不过你要发狠，时间可以短一些。
