There is no EE dept in Brandeis, so nobody will come here to answer your
question.
I know Brandeis is a very small private school, and also a very decent
research university. No engineering departments there, it has only arts and
sciences. Beautiful campus, plenty of resources, small classes, friendly
atmosphere.
