given a picture with the English A on,
if we make the picture noisy, we still can recognize the letter.
Is there anything related with the information theory?
For another example for the Chinese character,
even we only know part of the character, we can still recognize the
character.
I am trying to find the related information theory to explain
those things, I think many people study this for a while already.
Can you give me some ideas on what this topic is?
