overall = ((8% * O ) + (25% * P))/(O+P)

For conferences like ACM CHI, ACM CSCW etc. regular papers and posters
are two categories. In submission, regular papers require 12 pages, while
poster papers require 2-4 pages. I didn't check NIPS so I may have a
mistake in my cacluation. I am very happy with others replies. At least,
their comments teach me something new.

but in Graphics, regular papers and posters (1~2 pages only) are different
submissions.
and generaly those posters will not be included in proceedings. In other
words, papers in graphics all are ORAL. there is no something like
"Poster-presentation Papers in Graphics". Maybe CHI is similar to grpahics?
But in Vision, paper and posters look very similar (from the submission
category too), more posters are accepted. and both are included in the same
proceedings.
