you can send in supplement document to boost your points to
meet the requirement before the inital assessment.
It may save you one year if you are lucky, on the other hand, you are
under the risk of getting rejected if your documents are assessed earlier
than you've expected. I've also heard multiple cases that additional
documents didn't reach RPC although they should.
Buffalo is currently assessing files submit
