200k can only buy a low end house in Toronto area, the price won't change
too much, either gain or loose, no big deal lah.
If you can help them buy a house early, they can save some money on rent.
However, USD is pretty low nowadays, so you should take that to consideration.
I am possitive that CAD will be lower in a couple of years. |
