2. ask your neighbour to see if their phone is ok.
3. bell is only responsible for the line to your building.
4. if the aformentioned is ok, it is a problem with line in your apartment.
5. if you own the aprtment, you are responsisle for the line withiin your
apartment.
6. if you rent it, ask your landlord.

landlord不管的，说以前的人可以用
bell说可以过来检查，如果是屋子内部的原因，要charge
否则不用的
后来他们来了，当时我也不在，是superintendent接待的，
好像说是进楼的借口松了
反正没有charge我们
所以你们如果确信自己屋内线路没问题
先问问superintendent
再找bell好了 |
