看起来是要派出所出具的原始证明，然后翻译下。。。。可是我家人到派出所去办理，
派出所的人说他们出具的证明国外不认的，必须用这个证明到公证处换一个公证书才行
到底是要派出所出的证明，还是公证处出的公证阿？有近期办过知道的请指点下，万分
