每天都看见很多机器，和工人在里面工作。从jersey到世贸的path station也因此关闭
了最大的出口，导致每天高峰期人流都挤在小出口，为了不出事故，在出口的交通灯处
，还要增加人手指挥交通，阻止人流闯红灯。苦不堪言。
从计算机设计图来看，是不打算建设很高的楼的，地下室就是大型商场而已。10年啦，
太牛了。

上海95年第一条地铁正式运行，00年第二条通行。现在已经是十几条了。北京也建成网
格了。不过中国一个是人工便宜（世贸遗址如果从中国征民工来估计10个月就能弄好）

Housing cost is more expensive in Manhattan, but not that

NYC's subways usually give people a unsafe impression. But
it's not true unless you go to the wrong places. Manhattan
itself is very safe.

Steakhouses are not important to me because I can purchase New York Steak
from costco and fry it for 5 minutes. I do not need cooks to cook steaks for
me.
