scarborough and Moss Park in downtown that one would want to avoid
especially during night, but definitely not on the same level of crime-
ladden neighbourhoods in many American cities.
Black population is quite low in Toronto (even lower in Vancouver and
Montreal I believe). But it is not because of weather but due to historic
reasons (Canada didn't have a slavery history). Don't forget that colder US
cities such as Chicago, NYC, Detroit and Philly have quite high black
population.
5% is probably the black population you see in Toronto. |

是很稀罕的事，如果看到黑人了大家都联想到有一年多伦多接收了艾滋避难的，是不是
多伦多过来的。到了多伦多感觉黑人真多，当然跟美国比少多了，整个加西都没几个黑
人。CALGARY,EDMONTON,VICOTRIA都很难见到黑人。

They are thousands of thousands of blacks hanging in the streets of toronto
and montreal.
