我是国内本科毕业之后就直接过来读phd的，phd第二年一结束递交（08年9月）申请，
算起来来加拿大整整25月（中间暑假回国过一次一个月，这样算来一年TA/RA on ONLY
Study Permit=一年full-time working experience），me之后中间被bc了半年，上个
礼拜拿到ppr，而且我的同学同样情况的至少有3+个，都拿到了ppr，一个同学没有BC，
从头到尾只5个月。看看qq给标精华不？
CEC有两类：
a) 2 years full-time Work experience as a Temporary Foreign Worker
摘自instruction page 9原文：
You must have obtained the equivalent of 24 months of full-time or full-time
equivalent (one week is 37.5 hours of work) Canadian skilled work
experience at NOC Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B. This work experience
must have been acquired in Canada (within the 36 months preceding the date
the application is made*).
You do not have to be employed at the time of the application.
Note: Any periods of self-employment or unauthorized work cannot be included
when calculating the period of work experience. You must have temporary
resident status during the period of work experience
b) 1 year full-time post graduation
请注意a类的cic原文措辞， have temporary resident status NOT "under work
permit"...所以，虽然是“2 years full-time Work experience as a Temporary
Foreign Worker”，并不强调是一定在work permit下，否则cic就直接写work permit
不就的了，为何留下这个模棱两可的地方。
注意：on campus work under study permit IS authorized;
visa student IS a temporary residence status
自然这段经验应该算。
手册只有说b类的话，毕业前的off-campus,intership不算工作经验，没有说a类不算哦
(仔细看看page10表格怎么画的)
这里究竟是cic疏忽而已，还是有意为之的留出空子，很难说。但我觉得从我同学几个
的经验来看，目前至少这个argument 是可行的
我们学校的小米比较好，写supporting letter的时候就写了一周这么多小时数；当然
我们学校的RA也是按照fellow发的，税表上看不出来，所以交申请的时候，我干脆没有
交税表，避免了不必要的麻烦
恕大家谅解，我实在不便透露具体的学校，或者每年的funding的情况

建议如果大家有意向，应该抓紧申请，难保什么时候cic改变主意。可以像我那样写个

Greetings!
I am now applying for permanent residence in Canada under the newly
introduced Canadian Experience Class (CEC) as a temporary foreign worker.
As a PhD candidate under a valid study permit (copy included) since xxxat
xxxy in University xxx, I have been offered two on-campus jobs for this
whole period. The xxx department has employed me as a teaching assistant (
NOC Code: 4122) to conduct tutorial sessions and demonstrate experiments xxx
. The typical workload for this teaching position is 200 hours per academic
year (3~4 hour/week). During the same period, I have also been hired by the
department as a research assistant (NOC Code: 4122). The research
assistantship is to explore xxx at Prof. xxx laboratory, which requires 35~
40 hour/week. The total annual income form these two jobs is ~ $xxx. Since
both teaching and research are conducted on campus, the study permit itself
is sufficient to authorize their validity as legal jobs. These two jobs are
guaranteed until xxx according to the latest notification from the
department. In addition to the income from both teaching and research
assistantship, the department has provided me with ~$xxx/year as
international tuition fellowship. A supporting letter from Department of xxx
has been requested and enclosed in this application package to confirm the
information mentioned above.
Accordingly, the combined workload from both teaching and research
assistantship at Department xxx, University xxx since xxx has accumulated to
38~44 hour/week for 25 months, satisfying the CEC requirement for temporary
foreign workers in terms of working hours (>37.5 hour/week for 2 years),
authorization (on-campus work under a valid study permit) and timeframe (
within the 3 years preceding the submission of the application).
As shown in the enclosed original IELTS (General Training) transcript,
grades of 8.5, 8.0, 7.5 and 6.5 for listening, reading, writing and speaking
respectively satisfy the CEC language requirement. This test was taken on
xxx that is within the one year limit from now.
The enclosed no criminal record certificate in China issued during my short
personal visit in China on xxxis now slightly beyond the 3-months limit set
by CIC. Explanations are given as follow: a) after this short visit to China
, I came back and have stayed in Canada to now (proved by the entry stamps
in my passport). Thus, it is physically impossible for me to commit any
offence against the criminal law in China after this short visit; b)
according to the Notarization Law in China, the validity of no criminal
record certificate is 6 months after being issued. By considering these two
factors, the current certificate should be sufficient for the clearance
purpose. All documentations were prepared in accord with the initial
timeline that CEC was to be launched by the end of August so that great
pains would be taken to obtain a new certificate, if necessary.

Consulate General at Buffalo, I completed the medical examination on xxx
with a CIC designated medical doctor in xxxo. According to his office, the
result will be sent out within 1 week. A photocopy of this medical
examination (including X-ray) receipt is enclosed for tracking purpose.
In addition to the medical examination, a bank draft of CAD 490.00 payable
to Canadian Consulate General was requested and is now thereby forwarded
with this letter to pay the right of permanent residency fee.

Letter 3 BC之后的complain信，发出大概一个月收到Canadian Security
Intelligence Service回信，说还在BC，再过了一周问CIC，说BC已经收到，在等一个
月ppr,不清楚有没有直接联系，供参考
