Benjamin Franklin的看法：
"For my own part I wish the Bald Eagle had not been chosen the

10ib左右的火鸡，用的是花椒盐+砂姜粉+胡椒粉的腌料，全体按摩均匀，腌了两日。
烤之前，模仿广东烧鹅的做法，滚水烫皮，晾干。扫了一层butter，盖锡纸低温275华氏烤3个
半钟，350烤了40分钟。
所有的汁基本都保留在火鸡肉里面，皮很脆。
