You can buy a house w/out agent. I think in NC, buyer does not pay
commission to buyer's agent anyway, so you dont save any $. For saying that,
even you have a buyer agent, your agent might works w/ seller agent under
the table any way as he/she can share the commission. Sales Agent or Realtor
just help you to streamline all of your PPW regarding to contract or so on.
