They will send the coupon book to your home. if you don't get it, whenever
you are shopping at Costco, just ask the front desk for one. I always do
that because most of time, I just forgot to bring one with me.
You can apply for your own AMEX credit card. cashback goes with your credit
card, not your costco membership card. So you get your own cash back, and I
got mine.

s it goes to different accounts. But the 2% cash back from costco will go to
the single shared executive account.

另外1%是给credit card member的，两者没有联系。
executive 比 gold member高$45? 如果cash back不够$45
你到customer service那里可以要回$45，所以相当于executive
是白给的。
人家花$50跟你分，还不如自己弄一个executive了。 | D**N
