发帖数: 74 | 1 Went to DMV to renew my DL today because it will expire in Sept based on my
birthday. The officer started greeting me by say "renew your license in time
to vote in November again, ah". I hesitated a little bit, but to be honest,
I said "no, I can not vote because I am not a US citizen". Then he said he
would need my documents such as passport, I 797 etc.
The guy seemed to be making some notes in the computer after I told him my
status. It seemed that he did not know it before I told him.
