发帖数: 182 | 1 I like the location of this apartment, saw some diverse residents on the
properties when visiting, but did raise some red-flags;
1. they asked for visa documents (H-1, F-1, etc) for renting, and the
lease length is based on visa expiration date, monthly rent varys a lot.
2. leasing office personal seems slow and careless.
3. some bad reviews on apartmentratings.
Please share your experience if you have lived in the apartment complex,
