One 2b/1.5b townhouse in gorman crossing is available for sublease since
November 21th, 2010. It's located in kings court, one bedroom facse south
and one faces north, very quiet and beautiful place. It's 2 minutes walk to
wolfline #9 and 5 mintues walk to wolfline #1 and CAT #12, close to
centennial campus and main campus.
The living room and kitchen is almost furnitured, with sofa, microwave etc.
I can also leave the furniture in the bedrooms for you, including one
computer desk, one drawer, two single size mattress with frames or one
queen size mattress.
The lease will ends June 30th, 2011. Move in date is flexible. I can
sublease it to you for 650$/month, while if you rent directly from the
office you'll need to pay at least 675$/month (for one year's lease). Please
